We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Failure to so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the scheduled service cost.

Weather Conditions:

As a mobile service provider, we acknowledge that weather conditions such as rain or snow, can occasionally impact scheduled appointments. In such cases, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to the next earliest available date or time that is most convenient for you.

Respect for Business Policies:

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation in respecting our business scheduling policies. Timely cancellations help serve all our clients efficiently.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to adhere to these cancellations policies. We reserve the right to modify this policy at our discretion. Please ensure you contact us at least 48 hours in advance for any cancellation or rescheduling requests.

Late Fee Policy

Invoice payment is due within 30 days. Please be advised that we will charge 3% interest per week on late invoices.
